Due to the nature of frozen beef products and for health and food safety standards, we do not offer refunds or returns on any beef purchases once sold. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing high-quality products. If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us directly and we will do our best to make it right.

The take-home weight of a whole, half, or quarter beef is always an estimate and is never guaranteed. Every animal is unique, and final packaged weight varies based on factors such as the animal’s live weight, frame size, genetics, fat cover, dressing percentage, aging, trimming, deboning preferences, and the cuts selected during processing.

The weights we provide are intended as estimates to help customers understand what to expect, but actual packaged weights may be higher or lower. By purchasing bulk beef, you acknowledge and understand that these weights are approximate and not exact.
