SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At R Double Bar Livestock LLC, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality beef products safely and efficiently to our customers.
DELIVERY AREA
We currently deliver only within the state of New Mexico.
At this time, we do not ship or deliver outside of New Mexico.
DELIVERY FEES
• Free delivery is available for customers located within the Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas.
• Deliveries outside of the Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas, but still within New Mexico, will incur a delivery fee ranging from $25.00 to $50.00 depending on distance and delivery location.
Delivery fees will be confirmed with the customer before final order processing.
DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE
Customers are responsible for being available to receive their order at the agreed-upon delivery time.
If a customer requests that their order be left outside their residence, porch, doorstep, cooler, or any other unattended location, R Double Bar Livestock LLC is no longer responsible for the product once it has been delivered and left at the requested location.
Once the customer takes possession of the product, responsibility for proper handling, refrigeration, freezing, and storage immediately transfers to the customer.
PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITY
R Double Bar Livestock LLC is not responsible for product spoilage, damage, theft, or loss after delivery has been completed and the product has been accepted by the customer or left at the customer’s requested location.
ORDER SCHEDULING
Delivery dates and times are scheduled directly with each customer. While we make every effort to meet scheduled delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
